Energy Healing Session

Service Description

Sonja may use various modalities during her healing sessions including Reiki & Seichem universal life force energies, sound healing, crystal healing and crystal shamanic work. Intuitively guided, offering the deepest heart embodied healings. Benefits of Energy Healing ~ Promotes harmony and balance ~ Peace of mind and body ~ Clears the mind and improves focus as you feel grounded and centred ~ Promotes deep relaxation ~ Helps spiritual growth and emotional cleansing ~ Energises and balances the whole body ~ Strengthens the immune system ~ Clarity of the mind ~ Helps the body release stress and tension ~ Helps relieve pain and supports the physical body healing ~ Promotes natural balance between mind, body and spirit ~ Non-invasive ~ Dissolves energy blocks Wear comfortable loose clothing for your session, shoes will be off so bring socks if that suits. Session duration varies per individual client (45-60 mins).

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a booking please contact Sonja via email to sonja@hopeandharmony.com.au or SMS with your name and appointment time on 0400518383, more than 24 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued, payments can be credited to a future appointment or gift voucher issued. In the event Sonja needs to rebook your appointment due to unforeseen events (sickness, emergency, venue cancellation etc) she will endeavour to reschedule your appointment as a priority, aligning with her existing available schedule. Gift vouchers are available as an alternative option should a mutual suitable appointment time NOT be available within the immediate future. Refunds will not be issued.
